"Brother and Sister"
Pair of plaster sculptures with bronze patina, sculpted to scale attributed
to CHARLES ALBERT DESPIAU
(1874-1946) who worked with Rodin. His work is distinguished by a "crude"
inspiration, giving a rough appearance to his creations, several executed
with "real" dimensions. Different world-wide Museums have acquired some
of his works.
